One of the latest additions to our website is Fermaluce Classic 90°, an innovative adjustable light point made up of our porcelain lamp holders and ceiling rose, also available pre-assembled with the enamelled metal Swing lampshade.
The glossy finish and cheerful pastel colours of the porcelain give off a great warmth, the same found in a pendant made using lampholders of the same material.
The wiring of the porcelain lamp holder, available in different colours, is very simple, although different from other lampholders we have seen in previous tutorials. As we have already seen for other lampholders, the first step to connect the porcelain lampholder is to separate all the parts of the lampholder, threading the previously stripped cable through the cable clamp and the rear body of the lampholder. By unscrewing the front part in porcelain, which also acts as a "cap" to lock the other components, you can remove the contact block: insert the copper wires into the appropriate terminals.

Once the terminals have been tightened with a screwdriver, we can reposition the contact block inside the lamp holder, where the threaded part with E27 standard is also ready to accommodate the light bulbs.

This simple wiring operation is almost finished. Let’s close up, screwing the front part back on, the body of the lamp holder and position the cable clamp to hold the textile cable firmly in place: our porcelain lamp holder is ready. Easy, isn’t it?
