General information for the Consumer
Pursuant to Article 49 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer Code”), the following information is provided to customers purchasing for reasons unrelated to any professional activity carried out (hereinafter the “Consumer Customer”).
A) The Company, seller of the Products, is MOSAIC S.P.A., with registered office in Turin (TO), 10153, Lungo Dora P. Colletta no. 113/9, Tax Code and VAT No. IT09813270015, contactable at the following details:

Mosaic markets the Products referred to in letter B) under the CREATIVE CABLES brand, of which it is the exclusive owner.
B) The Products offered by Mosaic relate to electrical systems and components for lighting; for any other specific information about individual Products, please refer to the relevant technical description available on the Website.
C) The price of the Products, including taxes, is as indicated on the Website at the time of purchase. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location.
These costs will be calculated during the Order Procedure and will appear in the relevant summary section, after entering the delivery address and before completing the purchase.
D) The Consumer Customer may choose one of the payment methods listed on the Shipping and Payment page.
E) Delivery of the Products to the Consumer Customer will be carried out by carriers appointed by the Company; the Consumer Customer may choose from the available carriers at the time of the Order Procedure, depending on the type of delivery service.
Any delivery times indicated are purely indicative and not binding.
F) The Consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, for all Products purchased on the Site except for customised Products, for any reason and without having to provide any justification, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which they (or a third party designated by them to receive the Products) acquire physical possession of them.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customised.
G) Before the withdrawal period expires, the Consumer Customer must inform Mosaic of their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract, by means of:
a. completing a return request within the reserved area. On the "My Account" page there is a section “My Return Requests”; simply click “Add new request” and then enter the order reference (which can be found, if needed, in the “My Orders” section);
OR
b. using the link and subsequent guided procedure on the Website in the “RETURNS AND REFUNDS” section;
OR
c. by making any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the Contract.
H) The return of Products must take place within 14 (fourteen) days of the Customer Consumer notifying Mosaic of their withdrawal, by delivering the Products, carefully packed in their original box, to one of the return points indicated by Mosaic in the returns procedure.
The refund will be issued by Mosaic once the Products have been received at Mosaic's warehouse; the amount will be reduced by the cost of returning the Products (managed and organised by Mosaic), which, according to Article 57 of the Consumer Code, remains the responsibility of the Customer Consumer.
I) For any complaint, notification, request for information or after-sales assistance, the Consumer Customer may contact Mosaic through one of the communication channels listed under letter A) of these General Information.
J) All Products available and purchasable on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In case of lack of conformity of the Product, the Consumer Customer is entitled to the remedies provided for by Articles 135bis et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Mosaic is liable for any lack of conformity of the Product that becomes apparent within 2 (two) years of delivery.
