Whether you have a property to sell or to let, the result is the same. A few well-chosen improvements can increase the value of a property with minimal expense. Among these, the clever use of lamps for modern, designer lighting. Here are two examples from a loyal Creative-Cables customer, a professional home stager.
The dozens of (hugely popular) TV programmes on the subject prove it: a few well-targeted interventions can completely transform a home, allowing those wishing to sell or let not only to close the deal quickly and with very few viewings, but also to earn more by selling at a higher price than the corresponding market range.
Here are two examples of flats in the Turin area (both around 50 sqm) lit with Creative-Cables products. Both were rented out on the first day of viewings: as well as increasing the value of the flat, modern lighting also helped give each room character, allowing for striking photographs that immediately attracted attention.
Colour stripes

In the first flat, three areas gained character thanks to the intervention of the lighting designer. It’s impossible for anyone entering the home not to notice the three-drop Spider, and the unique ceiling design created with the bordeaux textile cable.
The need was to move the light from the centre of the vault to the table, and this was achieved with an alternative solution to the classic spider, namely by drawing three parallel broken lines with the cable, for a truly colourful geometry.
The canvas lampshades, customised by the home stager, made the light in the room soft and perfectly directed onto the table.

The living room has another feature that has increased in value thanks to the lighting. Here, the need was to decorate the wall above the sofa, a space that would otherwise have been too empty, and in this way, a functional corner was created, perfect for reading a book. Next to the sofa, a dimmer was therefore installed, allowing the light to be adjusted to suit reading or watching TV. Light bulbs with a metallic effect provide a soft, reflected glow.

Modern and atmospheric lighting in the bedroom too, thanks to the two UFOs decorated by Carolina Zuniga, which add a personal and romantic touch to each side of the bed. Neutral-toned UFOs at the foot of the bed help shift the light from the centre towards the walls.
A truly Creative system
Lighting by Creative-Cables takes centre stage in the second flat, with the warm glow of the two-drop Spider with exposed light bulbs greeting visitors at the threshold.

Spider with two drops takes centre stage in the living room, both furnishing and lighting the space. Here too, the fabric lampshades by Creative-Cables have been used within the home stager’s grey dibond creations, helping to soften the light while also focusing it onto the table. Meanwhile, the two generous loops of the cable add character to the surrounding space.

In this living room too, the three-UFO lamp has been used again, dimmable to help create the right atmosphere for any occasion. In this case, the two side UFOs were created in collaboration with illustrator Chiara Fucà, while the central one was crafted by mosaic artist Michela Nardin with plaster and white gold glass tiles from the historic Venetian glassworks Orsoni.

In the first bedroom, a jute Spider complements the warm wood tones, with the three drops positioned at the wardrobe doors.

But it’s in the second bedroom that the cable really becomes a feature. Cavandoli’s historic “Linea” brings power from the wall socket to the desk, illuminated by a Spostaluce.
