The magic of Christmas arrives in Bergamo, where Creative-Cables makes a unique outdoor space designed for relaxing and experiencing the Christmas spirit.
The first widespread exhibition dedicated to creativity and artistic works, Christmas Design, will take place in the squares and most iconic sites of Bergamo during the 2023 Christmas holidays. The project features twenty curated installations scattered throughout the city’s most symbolic squares, streets and courtyards, telling the story of Christmas through a unique itinerary that starts in the Lower Town and reaches the evocative Upper Town, straddling the line between reality and illusion.
The “Under the Tree” installation is hosted by La Marianna in Colle Aperto Città Alta and designed by landscape architect and garden designer Lucia Nusiner. Created with Togni Giardini, it was imagined as a space to relax, meet friends and soak up the Christmas spirit.
Twelve tables where you can sit and enjoy a hot drink, two of which are beneath special Christmas trees, illuminated by our lights. On the fir-shaped structures made of iron rods, customised lights were hung, that is, lamps with Ellepì lampshades with original decoration. EIVA Outdoor IP65 lamp holder – capable of withstanding rain and storms in complete safety – and UV resistant outdoor electric cable covered in red fabric completed the installations.
Lighting up the space hosting the artistic installation “Sotto l’albero” is a lamp with 20 green pendants and exposed light bulbs. The lampholders, from the EIVA Outdoor IP65 range, are paired with UV resistant outdoor fabric cord and matching T-hooks.
For a fully customised installation, which puts the square’s trees centre stage and serves both to furnish and illuminate.
Running through the entire exhibition area, on the other hand, are the Lumet outdoor string lights. With their fire-red cable and G125 globe-shaped light bulbs, they ensure the right brightness while creating a blend of design, nature, and Christmas tradition. An exciting journey through creativity and art, illuminating a captivating glimpse of Bergamo and offering residents and visitors an unforgettable experience.
